    If you’d like to use WordPress as an application framework, with tools like BuddyPress, you’ll need setup your site with WordPress.org instead of WordPress.com.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. At WordPress.com, we provide hosting, support, and tons of features for blogs.
