social tool will not post on the venues

  My posts will not post to FB, nor any other venue. I do not know why, my setting have not changed since yesterday.

  Also, I try over and over to change my phone email notification but it will not allow me to do so..but i received one txt from WP …but no others will come through when i receive a comment or like…
