Social Vibe badge not updating correctly

Hello all …
I have reinstalled my social vibe badge per what was written in the forums. I have been trying to change my choice of group to support and it seems that the badge is not updating correctly even though I am refreshing the blog it does not show (on the badge) what is registered when I open the widget as per cause and support company. It is stuck on “fill the cup” and I am trying to change it to “Write love on her arms.” I’m wondering if it is me or a system problem???

There have been probably 5 or 6 threads on issued with the SocialVibe widget since it was introduced and as of yet no word from staff on when they will get it ironed out.
My suggestion is to send the information into staff at http://suppport.wordpress.com/contact/ .

I went into Social Vibe and updated all of my settings and none of them are transferring over either.
I figure that I’ll keep the widget up because the cause is good, and I’ll wait patiently for the kinks to get worked out…(shrugs)

I emailed Social Vibes support as well…just now so there’s no reply yet.
I cannot log into my SV account from the WP widget.
It does say on SV’s FAQ that each time you change your cause, you must change the code but with the automated widget that WP provides, you’re not entering a code.
I’m sure they’ll fix it…

Anyone know how to change the colour of the body of the badge (not just the border)? Mine has white type on a pale grey background and it’s virtually unreadable.
