  Hi, having problems with SocialVibe. Looks fine on my blog, but nothing happens when anyone clicks on it, and also they cannot see what the cause is about? ie. no information appears about the cause and each time they click, the number is still ‘zero’.

  The widgets seem to be working properly. Which browser (and version of) are you using?

  Thanks. I’m using a MacBook Pro, software is up to date, and using Safari Version 5.1.1

  A friend tried again and nothing happened. When you click on the link on my page, it says “thanks for your support. New activities will be coming soon”

  And the counter doesn’t change when people click on it. Thanks

  It might be that the charity organization you selected doesn’t have a campaign running at the moment. Could you please try to select another charity? just to see if that works for you.

  Hi again, I have tried many of the different charities and they all give me the same problem and the same message.

  It looks like Social Vide is having some issues. We’ll look into it, but I don’t think there’s anything we can do from this end.
