SocialVibe disappears

  I recently added the Socialvibe widget to my blog and have been having a lot of trouble with it. I have added it to my sidebar twice and saved it the correct way, however, 98% of the time nothing is displayed on my page and when I go to adjust its preferences at the widget add page, I click on the drop down menu and nothing shows up. I need some help.
