Softaculous to WordPress problem
-
Right, already have a wordpress account which i have used for over a year. Recently i purchased my own domain / hosting space.
I was introduced to Softaculous. Which can install a WordPress blog to it with an easy click.
But, what i want is my current wordpress account to be on my new domain, but i can’t find the settings to change to do it… So, any ideas how to do it?
Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

gh27.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this blog.
We need a link to the blog in question to provide you with accurate help.

p.s. I would prefer to just transfer all of my content from WordPress to my personal space and manage it from there. If possible. (I.e. not have to park / point domains etc)

O right, not sure why it would link that, haven’t used it in ages. The correct site is >
http://mrdragonfyr.wordpress.com/
Thanks

If your site will be using WordPress but will not be hosted by WordPress.com, then you need to go to http://wordpress.org/support/ for assistance.

Hi Airodyssey,
Im sorry but im not sure i understand what you mean. My wordpress website ends in .com so logic would dictate that i have a .com site?
All i want, is to transfer ALL data from > http://mrdragonfyr.wordpress.com > to > http://www.mrdragonfyr.com <. Preferable under a sub section. So “http://www.mrdragonfyr.com/wp” for example.

No.
A .com website can be running on WordPress.org.
A .org website can be hosted by WordPress.com -

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are not equal. Different software call for different procedures.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-orgUnless I missed an obvious detail, by now you should have asked at WordPress.org’s support forums.
