Software features question

I am looking for member management software for a content business. The way it works is that I will be generating content and advertising it in social media. Readers should be able to come to the web site to subscribe and read the content.
Each article will have multimedia content. There should be a comment area below each article for discussion.
In addition, there should be a general ‘chat’ area where members can discuss ideas.
Of course, access should be available to only people who pay for the content.
Likely two membership levels – 1. pay per article 2. pay monthly/yearly
All monthly/yearly subscribers should be charged properly.
Can your platform do all of the above? If so, can you point me to a demo/site where something like this has been done? Also, provide pointers to the right product and pricing.
