Software upgrade in mobile and Google Authentication is not working in mobile

  Hi

  After upgraded my samsung mobile software, google authentication is not working in mobile and could not get a verification code login in wp-admin.

  My website is http://www.vidhai2virutcham.com. Could you please give me steps to activate the google authentication in mobile or login into wp-admin without google authentication.

  Hi there. When you set up two-step verification you would have received a set of backup codes. Have you tried using them?

  If you didn’t print out those codes or they won’t work, then you’ll need to submit the Account Recovery Form to regain access to that account. See: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
