Sofware that scans for image rights?

Anyone familiar with legitimate software that can scan blogs for image rights?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The only service I know of that can check if your content is being copied elsewhere is https://www.copyscape.com/, but it only checks for content, not images.
The best way I can think of to check if your images are being used elsewhere is Google’s image search feature, where you actually drag an image into the search box and Google checks if it can find similar images on the web.
A quick online search also turned up https://www.tineye.com/ which appears to do the same thing.
I don’t know of any stand-alone software that does either of these things, though. A better place to ask about this would probably be a more general online forum like Quora.com.
