  I want visitors to the website to have a way to send photos to me. Is there a WordPress way to do this? Through contact forms or comments?
  Or should I link to a third party service? Suggestions?

  Well, the VIP service allows it, but it costs $30,000 a year. For cheaper blogs, they can link to an already-uploaded image, but not post it, in comments here. Ditto with contact forms.

  if you do this somewhere else, it will be EXPENSIVE and it will be a spam magnet. Security will be difficult, since viruses can be embedded in jpgs.
