Solution to add countries to classified site

i am working on classified website and i have following problem,
In the backend of wordpress i have a field to add location, e.g. NewYork, CHicago etc. Now i would have to manually add all cities one by one. This is the problem for me, i do not want to add these manually, i am looking for automated solution like a script or plugin which can help me in adding country and cities.
Is there any script which can help me in it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Classified ad sites are banned here. You will not be able to do this on a WordPress.com site.

If you are setting up a classified website then I suggest you stop read this comparsion http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ and then hire a web host and set up a WordPress.org install. There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes this. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins. To have plugins you need to hire a web host and set up your own self hosted WordPress.org install.
