Solution to Pop Ups and Virus Alerts for Blog Users

  I am getting many users all over the world telling me they are getting pop ups and virus alerts when they access my site. Never had this issue until a few days ago. Something must have happened inside wordpress.com. Please help

  I don’t see any alerts when visiting your site.

  There was recently an update issued for AVG anti-virus that was creating warnings when people visited WordPress.com sites. AVG let us know that it was a false positive and that users can remove the warning by following this guide.

  Are any of your visitors using AVG? Could you let us know the security warning they’re seeing if it’s not from AVG?
