Solutions on a frozen import process?

  Hi – I tried weeks ago to import an XML file created from a WordPress.org blog. The file was well within the allotted size. However it still says it’s importing! I tried all the obvious suggestions to overcome this (cookies, cache, etc etc) but nothing there. Thanks if anyone has any suggestion to unfreeze the import process

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. I tagged this thread for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.
