  I know we have a lot of problems with the Bank of India blocking international purchases, including purchases on WordPress.com. I would contact your bank to confirm they are not blocking the payment, and if they are, ask them to allow this purchase to go through?
  
  We have enabled your purchasing privileges, which were disabled due to multiple transaction attempts. So, you can attempt the purchase again, but I recommend contacting your bank first. There has been no successful transaction, so we haven’t taken any money.
