Some beginner's questions!

Hi!
I am now creating my first wordpress website, as a way to learn how it works. I have a problem with creating a dropdown menu – or is it called category?The site has three categories. I would like to try to make on of the have subcategories that appear when i hover the mouse over the category. Lets say for example that i want to do it at the category “Prices”. How should I do that?
I also wonder how I should tag posts in order to make them appear in the different categories? Isn’t it possible to write a post so that it automatically appears under that category, and not at any other place on the site?
Would be grateful if someone could give a comment on the site and what I should keep in mind. I would like to have it as a mix of a blog and information about the homestay.

What the hell. Now I cant delete one of the menus I’ve created. Every time I click “Delete item” nothing happens.

Hello,
Have you tried to manage your custom menu on the WP Admin Dashboard? You can open it by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s URL, then click on Appearance and Menu – you should be able to delete or modify any menu item you have created.
