Some can access my blog, some can't.

  Good morning, on my latest blog, some people can access it and some cannot. Those who cannot access it, live in a different country to me and have tried both their phones and their laptops to no avail. Yet someone else in the exact same household is able to access the same link, through both her phone and her laptop. I have not done anything different in posting my blog. So am very confused! Any idea what may be causing the problem? Would really appreciate any ideas you all have!

  Hi there,

  I am able to visit the site without issue on this end. For the people who cannot access your site – do you know what country they are from? If it is the same country, I would want to make sure that there aren’t any current country blocks in place for that particular country.

  Thanks so much for your feedback. They are all in Zimbabwe. No block at present. But the thing is one of them could access the blog and 3 others could not. Could it be something to do with their ip address? Or mine? I usually use my wifi but on this occasion I had to use phone data.

  Hello there,

  No block at present. But the thing is one of them could access the blog and 3 others could not.

  There’s a number of ways a block can be applied. Commonly, this can be applied at a network level via the Internet Service Provider.

  This may answer why it’s present via one ISP, mobile data and not the other.
