Some comments didn't transfer from .com to .org

  Hello,
  I’ve moved a blog from wp.com to wp.org, and most of it transferred, although there was some content I had to manually add to .org. My client is saying she is missing some comments, though. I have done a couple more export/imports with no luck. Is there anything I can do?
