Some contributors on my WP blog say they do not have . . .

  They say there is no “Upload/Insert” Options for them, they cannot upload video, pictures or anything, why is this?

  This would be because their permissions levels are not high enough. You can read more about user roles in WordPress at:

  So there is no way of giving them the ability to upload pictures without making them authors/editors?
