Some established links now failed

  A number of Links which worked well in the past now give an error message “cannot be found”. Attempts to reinstall did not work, likewise an attempt to install a new test link failed.

  You are formatting some of the links wrong:
  Alton – linked as:
  http://bandgood.wordpress.com/alton-priors/http//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alton,_Wiltshire

  Should be:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alton,_Wiltshire

  Fix the links and things should get better. Common error.

  Thanks “auxclass” for pointing me in the right direction. The main error was the omission of the colon in http://……
