Some followers can not register

  Hi our blog is http://www.aidubai.org
  We have complaints from some users that entered their email in the proper field for registration, but process failed and they got error messages.
  We have around 200 followers, so we don’t think there’s any issue with the blog configuration.
  How can we help those who can’t register? Any way to add them to the followers list? Any issue to be fixed at their end?
