Some functions not working in edit page after update to WordPress 4.7.4

  After updating, functions like Add Media and Editing the permalink and changing a page’s status or visibility are not working. I also can’t switch to text view from visual.

  I’m also getting an error message for one of my pages: Error 404 Page not found. It is the French translation of an English page (which is working) and when I go to edit it, it all appears there. I tried deleting both the English and French versions of the page and recreating them, but the same problem persists.
