some kind of paying system

  Hello buddies,

  I need some kind of advise:

  I want to make a smaller pokersite, where people can play in browser.
  The idea is, that I have a product (a tournament) where 3 things need to be fullfilled:
  1) the price e.g. 10 dollars to join the tournament.
  2) number of players e.g. 10 players
  3) and a termination time e.g. 1 day (time all the players (10 here) have to join the tournament – if not, the tournament is chanceled).

  Then people have to pay 10 dollars, and charged those money on their credit card. If 10 people join within the termination time, they will get my product. If not all 10 people join within the termination time, then the people who joined until now, e.g. 5 person, will be refunded their money (total 50$).

  Does anyone have an idea on, what I should look up in this scenario? Is any plugin available or something?
