Some kind of polls

  I want to create a website where people can test their knowledges about a certain domain or some rules for example. For that I want to create some questions (polls) with multiple choices answer. After an answer was chosen and the user submit(send) it, the correct answer must apper under the form (with some extra comments and clarifications). After that I want the user to be able to go for another question and so on. I hope you understand the idea and I’m wondering if there is any way create something like that on WordPress or if there is any App which can help me to do that.
