some made changes arent saving

    i make changers in my page then update. it says it has saved it. then i go back over what i have changed. some of the changes have saved sucesfully but others dont. for example.
    &quote; appears in some places where i have used “. I change this back to ” and it doesnt save it. it reverts back to &quote;.

    the other one is the color of the text. i save it as all black then some of it appears as blue. why arent my changes being saved on some things, but are on others. it is very annoying
