Some mp3s are “grayed out” using FLash Uploader

    I’ve read some threads on the Flash Uploader not working with Macs unless youre using version 9 etc…

    I’m using a Mac and the latest version of flash. The WP Flash uploader seems to work fine for the most part, but some of the mp3s in my computer’s folder are “grayed out” and unable to be selected. I’ve compared them with other mp3s that are able to uploaded fine and I can’t seem to figure out why a few of them are not able to be uploaded. I’ve compared bite rate, size, length etc…

    All of the files, however, are accessible if I use the browser uploader.

    Is this problem related to the Mac/Flash problem or is it something else I’m missing?

    It pretty much didn’t bother me because I could use the browser uploader without a problem, but recently when thinking about switching to Soundcloud for hosting my mp3s (instead of the extra storage here at WP) I discovered that the same files I couldn’t access with the Flash uploader here at WP, I also couldn’t access when trying to upload at Soundcloud.

    I can’t figure it out.
