Some of my things are missing

I have no experience with blogs or websites. With that being said, I am missing my schedule button, my tags section and the category section where I put my post. The schedule button went missing last week and over the last 4 days, I have lost the other 2 sections. I have updated wordpress to no avail. Someone please help me! I have been looking for a number to call to speak with someone but can’t find that either. I posted yesterday but still no help…. ANYONE????

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, passwords support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.
