some of my vital post disappeared this evening. am going crazy!!1

please help, my posts disappeard from my blog few minutes ago. some have up to 300 comments. am going crazy right now. i need help. my posts are being deleted.

If anyone is posting anything to your blog or removing anything from it, or changing anything in it, or if your blog has been deleted and you did not delete it, then it’s most likely that you have provided them with the ability to do so, either deliberately by adding them as official users, or by allowing them access to your login information, or by posting content that makes it easy for them to guess what your log-in information is.

For you the question that needs to be answered is: Who, aside from me, has access to my login information?

Go to your email program immediately and change the password to a very difficult one because that’s how many hackers gain access to blogs.

1. If you can log-in go here > Users > All Users and delete any user that does not belong there.

You can also reset your password via your Settings tab on the WordPress.com home page:

5. Use a secure, encrypted connection to connect to your Dashboard. Under Users → Personal Settings, check the box that says “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages, and click Save Changes.

7. Run a security scan on your computer.

8. Never leave your computer logged into your blogs and walk away from it. Always log out properly.

thanks for your reply, they have been deleted and i can swear that no one has access to my password. my facebook page is http://www.facebook.com/unilagadmission. i normally post all link to my bfacebook page after posting.

kindly follow the link from facebook and you will get what am talking about.

not found is what i saw.

please help. am loosing my mind. i cant even expalin right now….

my password is a very strong one and nobody has access to it. the post deleted are up to 20. all my post in tghe last two weeks are all gone.

this is avery popular blog

i need help urgently cos am loosing it.
my blog get up to 200, 000 readers per month and i have up to 10, 000 email subsribers and i also used paid upgrade. please help ooooh

Timothy, please note that Staff work their way forward through all threads tagged with modlook for their attention, in accord with the datestamps from the earliest tagged threads to the most recent ones. Continuing to post here before they answer is not going to change that.

hello, this is still Timothy the poster of this thread. i cant access my account anymore.

i changed my password and i was able to log in and then the next moment am logged out automatically and password becomes invalid imediately.

i have changed my password more than five times now and i kept being logged out automatically.

i still have access to change my password but will be loged out almost imediately.

my posts keeps going down. up to 100 posts deleted now as i write and i dont have access to it.

thats why i open this temporary account.

what is happening? who is doing this please

Hi @helprestore, while the domain was registered here, that site is actually hosted with Bluehost. Have you tried contacting them to see if they can help you restore your posts?
