Some pages show a dash in the title and some don't

  How can I get them in alphabetical order?

  Hi there,

  I just took a look at your site and I couldn’t find any pages with dashes in them:

  http://dlm.interpreter-training.com/

  As for the alphabetical order, you can set it in this order via your Custom Menu which I see you set up already. You can drag around the pages to your desire.
