Some people can't leave comments on my blog

    I have had several reports from visitors to my blog that they are unable to leave comments. Some are WP users, some not – all very used to leaving comments. I suggested using the name, email, url option but WP still asks them to log in and then they are unable to do so. Please help. I have noticed there is a similar complaint on this forum which is still unresolved. Thank you in advance.
