Some persons click FOLLOW, but they don't receive confirmation email ???

  SUBJECT: WIDGET FOLLOW-SUIVRE.Hello, I have a blog since 4 weeks. Espace mouvant. Some persons (3 or 4) try to follow my blog. They click on SUIVRE (follow) and don’t receive the confirmation in their email. And it is not in their junk mail. So what do you think is the problem. Could you help me ?   Hi Christiane,

  I’d be happy to help figure out what’s causing this problem. :) Can you please give me the email addresses of the people who aren’t receiving the confirmation email to follow your blog? (The email addresses will be redacted from this support forum, but staff can still see them.) I can use that information to find out what’s happening.

  You may also want to ask those people to check the spam or junk folder in their email, to see if the confirmation email ended up there.

  Hi Rachel,

  My mother-in-law is having the same problem trying to follow my blog, dailybabypic.org. She has clicked “Follow” several times with no confirmation email, and her Spam/Junk folder does not include anything from WordPress.

  Her email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Hi mlnelson522,

  I checked your mother-in-law’s email address in our system, and she has blocked all emails from WordPress.com. She can change that (and manage her WordPress.com subscriptions) from this link:

  Status

  She can enter her email address under “Manage Your Subscriptions” on that page to make changes. In the Settings section, she can uncheck the box next to “Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com.” That will let her receive emails from WordPress.com again.
