Some Questions About Building a Website

I would like to know how do I make a site that as an single image making up the background and then I just put text and buttons and all of that stuff using Elementor.
Right now I can’t do that. I can’t make the image I have “be the page” and I can’t freely move buttons and text around.
I’m someone could explain to me it would be Amazing.
What I want sounds more simple than what I can do with Elementor now but for some reason, I can’t do it.

I can already see from what you’ve described that the kind of help you need is for the page builder plugin, Elementor. Plugins and page builders like these are typically used with self-hosted WordPress sites.

https://my.elementor.com/contact/Alternatively, it may not be for you but you could try building the site you previously described with a free WordPress.com hosted site, in which case the volunteers and staff here would be able to help you out if needed. Granted, you won’t be using a page builder to do this, in my opinion, it’s still quite capable to achieve what you might want.
