    We mainly have three questions to ask:
    1. We use wordpress.com for the course, which is from September to December.
    Therefore, I would like to ask whether it is possible to pay the monthly payment from September to December this year, but not in the next few months until September to December next year.
    If this payment method is adopted, will the website be removed? Or how can we keep the website?
    If we already have a domain, can we use this domain to keep the website without paying extra?

    2. Is there any other way of payment besides credit cards? Can I get a receipt or payment record after payment?

    3. Does the storage space in your plans mean all or monthly?
    What happens if the storage space is full? How can we back up data?

    You can purchase a monthly plan; however, the months you will not renew your plan, the site will return to the free one. That will mean you will lose all the perks of the plan you were using. If you added custom CSS – it will disappear; if you were using plugins – they would be removed from the site.

    The contents of your site will not be affected, though.

    What plan exactly are you interested in?

    Is there any other way of payment besides credit cards? Can I get a receipt or payment record after payment?

    You’ll receive an email with a receipt, but you’ll also be able to download it at any moment, directly from your dashboard.

    Does the storage space in your plans mean all or monthly?

    No, that is an all-time storage space you’ll have. When you run out of space, you won’t be able to upload any new media to your library.

    How can we back up data?

    On plan Business, you will have access to backups via Jetpack. On lower plans, you’ll be able to export your site’s content as an XML file.
