Hello, I wrote to you but not having received an answer I try again. Here is the problem on my site is that some readers no longer receive my broadcasts in their inbox, and this, since June 2020, I have done all the checks I could do without result, I do not know not how to solve this problem which lasts for a long time because in the past years it had happened but I did not follow up, too much to do with the site.
Please kindly help me for a lasting solution I will appreciate very much.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

How many users are reaching out to you about not receiving emails? I would be interested in seeing their email notification settings because normally the issue would be on their end. If there are only a few, can you please provide their emails?
Our staff would be the only people who would be able to see the emails, so you can share them in this thread.

For both addresses we are sending them emails. The most recent email we sent them for your site was about two hours ago when you published your most recent post. Our logs also show the email was accepted by their email server.
If they didn’t receive those emails, the problem is on their email provider’s end – the email is most likely in spam or in another filter in their inbox.

They can try and search his email account for your site. They may have luck searching for an exact sentence from that email.

What staff-zinnia meant is, most email inboxes include a Search box. Ask them to try searching for “wordpress.com”, or typing the title of one of your posts in that search box. If the email landed in a filter somewhere, searching for it like that should turn it up.
