Some registered me to a wordpress website without me knowing

I need help to find out how to deregister myself from that website.

What is the URL of the website? Are you getting email notifications of new posts? There should be an Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails that you can use to go to your subscription settings.

I received an email from:
(email visible only to moderators and staff).
It stated:
Hi, acap19! Welcome to Chubbby Mature Dating.
There isn’t any other info on the email.

That email was not generated by our system. All emails generated by our system will come from an @wordpress.com email address.
The domain from which that email is coming, chubbymaturedating.info, is also not connected to any WordPress.com site.
So, I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do in this case, as whoever is sending you that email has absolutely nothing to do with us.
That domain looks like it’s hosted by GoDaddy.com, so you could try contacting them. If the owner of that domain is using their email address to send out unsolicited communication there’s a chance they might be violating GoDaddy’s terms of service, in which case GoDaddy might be able to issue them a warning or even suspend them.
