Some stuff is set in spanish on here?

  Can someone please tell me why some of my settings are in spanish? On the main page I have it set to english, still a lot but not everything is in spanish, like the stuff on the top and side bars and when i go into my comments section all the options are in another language. I’m new to wordpress blogging, if it is going to stay like that then i’m not going to be able to use wordpress can someone explain thank you.
