That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

staff-blorbo Sometimes people confused a little bit they just google and Google suggests the first result instead of .org, Even firstly When I joined the community the same thing happened to me but the admin pannel help me a lot, and Sorry for Reply next time if the question is related to WOrdpress.org then I will guide the new member as well, the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
