Some users of private blog cannot access blog

  I have a private blog with users who have registered correctly. Two of these users cannot access the blog. They have given me their login ID and password and when I try it it works fine, but when they try they get a “page not found” error.

  Users can log into wordpress.com without a problem, then they see the link to the blog, but when they click the link they get “page not found”. So, they can see the link, but can’t get in.

  Please help!

  I have checked the difference between wordpress.com and wordpress.org – this is a blog on wordpress.com, not wordpress.org.

  I am happy to send the blog url and all other relevant info to the wordpress support, but I don’t want to post it publicly.

  We have our ways of finding it. ;)

  Since it worked for you, then it should be a issue on their end. Try telling them to use a different browser, and see if that works. The site could be blacklisted/blocked by their browser.

  It could be anything really, because you won’t give the URL.

  It makes sense that you don’t include your link because it is a private blog. :)
