Somebody registered as administrator on my site

Hello,
this afternoon i got an email:‘New user registration on your site CoinVibe:
Username: t3trollherten
Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)’some houres later i got another email:
‘Password changed for user: t2trollherten’It looked some kind of suspicious to me.
I looked into my users and i saw 2 new users registered as administrator.
How is this possible? How can i go against it? I cant deactivate the registration because it is a woocommerce shop.Any help please.

Hi Moritz,
The account you are contacting us from doesn’t own any WordPress.com sites, which suggests the one you need help with isn’t hosted here.
If it was created with self hosted WordPress.org software, please post to the WordPress.org support forums for advice:
http://wordpress.org/support/forums
You could also go to Settings > Membership in the dashboard and untick “Anyone can register” as it sounds like this is what is happening.

This has happened to me too, same person added themselves as an administrator then deleted my website from wordpress and my woo commerce, now it looks like I’ve never had a WordPress website and there isn’t a phone number to call for urgent help
