Somebody used my email and created an account….

  Somebody created an account using my email and I want to delete this account completely so s/he cannot use this email again for a blog. I’ve already changed the password because the notification emails come to me, but please just delete the account completely. This is very frustrating and I do not understand how this account can be created without me confirming the email and such
