Somehow deleted the Parent achive.

  Hello I have somehow deleted the parent archive on my wordpress site
  http://www.chapeaubateau.com
  any ideas on how to either recover it or rebuild so the front door doesn’t simply show “not Found”

  Hi,

  I’m not sure what you mean by the “parent archive,” but you evidently don’t have any posts published. That’s why with the front page set to display the posts page it displays only the “not found” message. You can remedy this by either publishing at least one post, or by setting a static page to display on the front page.
