  Somehow I have been assigned to a password that is not mine, I did not have it, and
  of course it does not match my email identification. I want to fully subscribe to a paid
  for WordPress program and can not seem to get rid of the phony password.

  Resetting the password seems not to have worked and perhaps I did not do it
  correctly.

  I need help with this asp because of having to deal with it for some time.

  How about an easy direction to follow…please, and thank you.
