Somehow I lost my Domain

  Hello, I tried logging into my wordpress account but couldn’t because apparently my email wasn’t registered. I tried recovering my account but when I did it seems I lost my domain or was directed to a new one, I’ve got the outlay in my bank account but got no receipt, what should I do?
