You almost certainly connected your blog with your Google Plus account, and the Google Plus name takes over when you do that. I’m not certain there is anything you can do about it now, but you could try detaching the blog from G+ and checking the profile page to make sure it says Wordman.

THANK YOU, I BELIEVE YOUR RIGHT AND IT SAYS EVEN IF I DETACH FROM GOOGLE IT WILL LEAVE MY NAME UP, THATS WRONG AS I DIDN’T WANT TO PUBLISH MY NAME BUT GOOGLE CHANGES WORDPRESS RULES ON IT’S OWN, SOMEBODY SHOULD FIX THAT! THANKS

Detaching the G+ account will indeed cause the author name to revert back to the regular username (at least, it did when I once unlinked my G+ profile).
On the sharing settings page you will see two ways to connect to G+, under “Publicize” and under “Google+ Profile”. If you connect G+ under publicize without connecting your profile as well your new posts will publish to your G+ profile or page automatically and show your normal username on the blog.
But the moment you connect under G+ profile it will show the full name linked to your Google account. This is apparently to help Google verify you as author of the post to improve search accuracy. http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-plus-profile/
