Someone changed my blog address and now I can't change it back

Hi, my brother changed my blog address and now I can’t change it back. When i type in my original blog address or try to view my site or blogs it just says site not found. I’ve basically lost everything on the whole thing
I would appreciate any help

The original is wehealingpawas.wordpress.com and my brother changed it to mindblowingfart.wordpress.com. He’s on a different computer and he says he can see the blog on mindblowingfart but can’t change it back.
On my computer I can’t see mindblowingfart at all but I can see our original blog only it’s empty. I’m not sure what my actual name of blog is now or where it is. Apparently there is something called ”transfer”, I’m wondering whether this would work to try and transfer to my original name?

Both sites are up and running from where I sit.
mindblowingfart.wordpress.com (all the content is there)
wehealingpawas.wordpress.com (empty of content)If your brother had changed the URL and discarded the original, that would have been mindblowing, but thankfully that doesn’t seem to have happened.
What sites do you see when you go here: https://wordpress.com/sites
Generally, if you see both sites in your Dashboard, you can export all the content from mbf and import it back into whpawas by following the instructions here:

https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/If you don’t see both sites in your Dashboard, then please add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar. That will get you some Staff assistance.

You really should do three things once you’ve got all the posts, images, etc. fully imported into wehealingpawas.wordpress.com:
1.
At the moment images on WHPAWAS are being pulled from MBF so they still show their link URL as MBF. Give it some time to settle down. If you are still having issues with this in a couple of days, then do please mark this for Staff.2.
Your site title on WHPAWAS is missing. Please go to your site’s General Settings and add it back in. Without it, people will have trouble finding your site in search engines.3.
Share a knuckle sandwich with your brother. :) But seriously, after everything completely settles down, change the site Visibility settings on MBF to Private so that you aren’t having duplicate content issues with search engines.Let us know if you need more help with any of that (except, of course, the knuckle sandwich part).

I’ve lost the original design, home page and layout and stuff, is there a way to get that back or will I just have to it again?

Sorry, lunch and an afternoon nap happened.
Looking at the Google cached version of WHPAWAS it looks like you were using https://wordpress.com/themes/cerauno/ with a static front page. Unless your brother changed the theme on WHPAWAS to Twenty Fourteen, then why the theme would have changed is beyond me.
Regardless, you can set up a static home page again by following these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
As far as the widgets in the sidebar, you can reactivate the widgets you had from the Inactive Widgets at WP Admin Dashboard>Appearance>Widgets. The Inactive widgets can be found towards the bottom of that page.
