You’ll have to hire a lawyer. Unless you can prove they’re breaking a copyright on the logo, or unless you can prove they’re spreading lies about your company, there’s really not much else you can do… especially if they claim it’s satire.

WordPress.COM is real strict with privacy and the person that originally registered the blog owns it – so your chance of getting contact info short of court action is non-existent.
But you might have a bit of a copy right claim – the blog is public and the site does not seem to be malicious – try leaving a comment on the blog and asking them to please contact you about the site – you could also flag the site to the Terms of Service dept but the site is rather plain so not sure you could have it taken down.

If it is pretending to be your business and is not your business, and you can prove both those things, you shouldn’t need a lawyer: impersonation is against the Terms of Service AND illegal.
