No one else is listed as your site or whatever. You are simply logged in to the wrong account. Log out from current and log in again to the account owning that site.

This is who was listed on my topmoneydog.wordpress.com account: sublimenoisily4fd287adb2 I have NO idea who this is. It took several attempts to get my user name changed to Frank Lee Annoid (frankleeannoid) before WordPress acknowledged the change, but it still will not let me access the dashboard for topmoneydog.wordpress.com. I have tabs on my computer for both topmoneydog.wordpress.com and the dashboard for that, but neither will let me access it anymore because of whoever sublimenoisily4fd287adb2 is/was…wordpress claims they sent me an email to the email connected to the account- which WAS (email visible only to moderators and staff) and/or (email visible only to moderators and staff) HOWEVER, that company went into receivership over a year ago, and I had to get a new email address (which is now connected to a domain I purchased so as to avoid that problem in the future);the correct email address is: (email visible only to moderators and staff) I did receive an email from wordpress, however, when I attempted to log in with that link, it claimed I did not have ‘permission’ to access my account, and that I had to request an ‘invite’ from an administrator. IF there ever was an administrator for my account, there is no longer one- I fired my IT guy about 8 months ago (chris craft).
As for your comment that I am logged into a ‘wrong account’, as far as I know, I only have ONE account with WP (topmoneydog.wordpress.com).
I attempted to use the Help channel to resolve this; the robot claimed it was a security issue and it would connect me to a “Happy Engineer” once I typed ‘connect me to a human’, which I did, and then it was all lather,rinse,repeat for waaaay too long- very frustrating to deal with a machine that cannot connect- or will not connect- one to a human so the issue can be resolved. This kept up until the robot claimed it was ‘offline’… Then I get your reply that I allegedly am logged in to the ‘wrong account’- how is that when I only have one w/ WP…I can see who I subscribed to (Political Vel Craft), yet no access to the dashboard. This other entity- sublimenoisily4fd287adb2 – apparently went into my account and changed the user info/profile info in February- how the heck does something like that even happen, pray tell? I am supposed to be the only one- other than WP- who can access my account, and dashboard to that account. Now you are telling me to log out, and log in…when I think I will still have no access, as WP is sending ‘confirmation’ to a wrong email address! Sounds like a good way to permanently not have any access to anything except some account- which SHOULD have been the ONLY account- which cannot access my dashboard nor blog entries. It claims I have none…
I’m not a techy person- nor do I care to become one- is it that difficult for someone to walk me through this, EXPLAIN WHY these issues happened, and get me access to my ONE account where my blog entries are, and the dashboard connected to it? I have 3 businesses, and a corporation to run, and am in the midst of moving house, getting my daughter’s house put up for sale, and a few other much more important things than dealing with a company- that can ‘only’ be accessed through forums and internet that is absolutely cavalier about someone going into their account and changing the profile and screwing up access. Some of us do not ‘live’ online. And your robot couldn’t get much more frustrating to deal with. I would appreciate it if you can EXPLAIN to me HOW sublimenoisily4fd287adb2 accessed my account and changed things, without my consent or knowledge, preventing me from access. And then kindly assist me in resolving this without losing my blog entries. Because it is saying I have none… and I have a lot of entries that were published. EXPLAIN why you think I have more than one account. I did not set up but one, and I have alerted WP about the change in email address long ago- this was all supposed to have been dealt with over a year ago. You created the account https://wordpress.com/forums/users/frankleeannoid/ only a month ago so it cannot own a much older site; https://topmoneydog.wordpress.com/ was created back in 2012. There is no way round but you do have or there is another wordpress.com account that owns that site https://topmoneydog.wordpress.com/.
WordPress.com just doesn’t give access to an account on demand. You have to proof one way or another you are the rightfull owner. To restore access to that other account, you find all info at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

Let me repeat since you seem to think by changing the Profile BACK to me, which SHOULD allow ME access to MY ONE WordPress account(set up 2/2012), that somehow that constitutes setting up an ‘new’ account. I did NOT set up a ‘NEW’ account;I simply changed the Profile from the usurper Sublimenosily4fd287adb2 to frank lee annoid- because FRANKLY I AM annoyed. NO one should have gotten into my topmoneydog.wordpress.com site (except me and WP) and changed the profile from me to whoever this entity is/was. HOW DID THAT HAPPEN? WHY did that happen? I would appreciate some logical answers. I also looked into this matter. This is NOT the first time this has happened to someone on WP, and YOU were the person responding to them, as well. And, quite frankly, I find your answers to that party equally as frustrating- and rather rude- If someone told me “We can hardly send someone to your home to hold your hand while you log in.”, I would be prone to be a bit MORE annoyed. Your comments are condescending and belittling. You are treating people as if they are not capable of understanding complex ideas or nuanced instructions. It is insulting. Please connect me with a Staff person, so this matter can get resolved.

And now, as I suspected would happen, cannot log in at all. I have to have a login link sent to me to access this forum. The recovery is asking for information that was not furnished to me by WP in 2012. All I have from WP is the original email that gives me a direct link in order to activate my topmoneydog.wordpress.com account. [REDACTED] No one ever sent anything else- I did not have a cell phone for texting in 2012. I HAD the 2 previously mentioned email addresses, however, neither of those are accessible by me today- and never again will be accessible to me. So I do not have a second email address for recovery purposes. YOU have a record of me from 2012- by admitting that I started my topmoneydog,wordpress.com in 2012 tells me you have that information on me, just like I have the original email sent by WP to activate my topmoneydog.wordpress.com site. Either way, stop assuming I am doing something ‘wrong’- YOU are the one who is giving me info that just locked me out completely. I changed the profile info last week. (it wasn’t “a month ago”) – when WP did not ever give any info to ‘prove’ my ‘ownership’, yet WP KNOWS I am the owner of topmoneydog.wordpress.com- why else would I be concerned about someone else having changed my profile information? That is not rocket science. Why else would I be concerned about not being able to access my account? I have tried every single email and password that my computer automatically saves regarding my WP account and NONE of them work now thanks to your sage advice.
Changing the Profile of an account I already have does not constitute creating a ‘new’ account. Nor does it in any way relate to “it cannot own a much older site”- The account I changed the profile FROM sublimenoisily4fd287adb2 to frank lee annoid IS the topmoneydog.wordpress.com site. It is NOT a separate site. So, staartmees, PLEASE connect me with a STAFF person. I want EXPLANATIONS as to WHY and HOW this sublimenoisily4fd287adb2 was able to change the profile on my topmoneydog.wordpress.com site, and I want my access back to my blog site, thank you for your time and consideration. the validation email and code- according to the emails received- are NOT for topmoneydog.wordpress.com and are expired- I TOLD you she was sleeping and that she would not be able to respond until this morning. I am having a hard time not asking what is it that you do NOT comprehend?? I am wanting/needing to access my BLOG AT TOPMONEYDOG.WORDPRESS.COM- the account that was usurped by sublimenoisily4fd287adb2
That should be mt ONLY account- that is the one I changed the profile from sublimenoisily4fd287adb2 to frank lee annoid. Yet I still am unable to access it. Now, you have the only other option of an email and phone number that receives text messaging and you did not use it for the appropriate topmoneydog.wordpress.com account that I requested- and filled out the alternative contact info for- Fix the situation OR CONNECT ME WITH YOUR SUPERVISOR WHO IS A STAFF PERSON who can fix this mess you have ‘advised’ me on- which has done absolutely nothing to get me access to my blog that I set up waaaay back in Feb. 2012. Do you take pride in messing with people and then blaming them for your ill advice Because that is what it looks like. You still have yet to answer my quesiions as to how this other entity got access to my blog, and what WP is doing to assure it cannot happen again. Oh here- let me log out again and then log back in to the ‘correct’ account- which cannot be accomplished- so that WP can again send a confirmation email to the incorrect and inaccessible email address- does that work for you???

Well, how soon might that be? I would appreciate my questions being answered- and thank you so much for all your advice which has locked me out of replying, accessing my proper topmoneydog.wordpress.com account, and may you have a nice day. :) Are you actually a “happy engineer”? Because you don’t appear to be so happy. Maybe another line of work would be appropriate- like a bill collector or tax collector? They have to have a certain demeanor…
This has been a week and a half with no resolution to the issue. ALL your advice has been a ‘no go’ as far as getting me access to my topmoneydog.wordpress.com dashboard and account. Since all your advice has proved to be zip, perhaps a Staff person can fix these issues and explain why and how this happened, as well as what measures WP has taken to prevent this in the future. Seems like February had other accounts hacked, as well. Clearly, something is amiss at WP- and seems like you do not have a solution that works- but I am sure it is NOT a real problem- MUST be the customer’s fault…
PLEASE get me in contact with a Staff person. I would appreciate that very much. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I did want to clarify that @staartmees isn’t a Happiness Engineer. They don’t work for WordPress.com, they’re just a person who knew the answer to your question and wanted to help.
When one of us replies here on the forums it’ll say “staff” like my name does now. @staartmees is just a member of the community that voluntarily answers a lot of questions here on the forums, helping people find things like our account recovery form.
