Someone else is posting on my blog

I am the only user, I log on with a secure url and I have recently changed my password but somehow, someone or some people unknown to me can post content onto my blog in my name. This is offensive and embarrassing.
How do they do this and how can I stop it happening again?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Were they adding Posts or Pages? Or were they just comments?
Was the added content added with your username or a different name?
Changing the password is good. The problems I have seen in the Forum all related to someone getting a password and not “hacking” a site.
You should also check to see if new users have been added to your site. Dashboard >> Users
If you have other concerns probably your best option would be to ask the Staff to look at your site. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

They added Posts. I can deal with spam comments. The author name is mine. I have trashed them but not permanently deleted them if that will be any use in tracking them.
I checked the users panel earlier today and its definitely still just me.

It looks like someone figured out your post by email address.
I recommend regenerating it following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/#generating-a-post-by-email-address

Thanks staff-blorbo – spaced on the email option as I don’t use it now.
I think the email address for Post by email is a long sort of random looking thing – maybe they should also double check their PC for a virus that could look into their email address book and never CC anyone on a Post.
