someone else is using my email address

    I logged into wordpress to start a blog account only to find out my email address was already in use by “kaylauren” with the blog address “kidathon4kids.wordpress.com”. I don’t know how this is possible, nor how to fix it.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I’m a bit confused. You are logged in as the user kaylauren, and the site associated with your username is kidathon4kids.wordpress.com.

    If you did not create this account or that blog, someone else must have had access to your email address at some point in the past, as this account is six years old. That, however, is outside of our control, and you may wish to contact your email provider for assistance.

    Some email providers I think recycle email addresses, maybe that is what happened to you?
