I’ve marked this thread for Staff assistance as they can see the record of activity on your site and which username did what.
If you suspect that someone else has access to your account or if you are the sole administrator and things have changed on your site without your knowledge or permission, you should immediately change your account password and your email account password as well. Here’s how you can change your WordPressdotcom account password: https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/
It’s important that you choose a strong password and that you do not use that password on more than one site. Each site you log in to should have its own unique password. https://en.support.wordpress.com/selecting-a-strong-password/
Enabling 2-factor authentication on both your WordPressdotcom account and your email account can also help to keep them secure. Here’s more on that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/

Hi there,
By looking at your account’s log I found out that the password change was made by your already logged-in account (not via a password reset email) and from the same IP address you’re contacting us from.
Therefore if you didn’t change your password someone else with access to your computer might have done so.
I suggest changing your password and adding an extra layer of security by enabling the Two-Step Authentication.
