Someone else signed up for WordPress with my email

  Hi there,
  Someone signed up for WordPress with my email address. I saw they tried to confirm the email a bunch of times, however I DID NOT click “confirm email” and yet this other person was still able to create new blog posts under my email address. Please remove my email from this account

  Correct account: Yes

  Hey there!

  That’s unfortunate. However, because you have access to your email address, you can take control of the blog and erase it by yourself.

  You’ll want to follow these steps on how to reset the password using your email. You will be able to change the password and control the account.

  Then, if you wish, you can delete the site by following these steps:

  https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/#permanently-deleting-your-site

  Is it possible to just remove my email? I don’t want to delete someone else’s blog
